Is there any command equivalent on ASR9k for
show interface summary ( from IOS)
and
monitor capture buffer
?

Hi,
There is a show int summary, but the output is not precisely the same as IOS.
You can also use a show int accounting or a show ip int brief if that helps there?
As for the monitor buffer, in XR431 (not out yet) we have a great packet capture methodology:

And of course you can use SPAN also:

Don’t think there is IOS type of "show interface summary" kind of command in IOS-XR / ASR9k which can give you drops and other info summarized.
Regarding "monitor capture buffer", currently there is no direct command to capture packet but in future releases it might be included.
