IOS XR Verify md5 checksum of the tar/individual rpms

Hallo,

I am upgrading from 6.6.3 to 7.5.2(64-bit) on an  ASR 9904; i order to do so, i have to build a tar file with mini iso image and rpms. Where can i find the checksums for the individual rpm´s on cisco´s websites ?

For instance:

liebchen@$ md5sum asr9k-mini-x64-7.5.2.iso
8d8df1feac2eed474815fe9550e06a4a  asr9k-mini-x64-7.5.2.iso

this checksum is mentioned on Coiscos SW Download Side
liebchen@$  md5sum asr9k-k9sec-x64-2.2.0.0-r752.x86_64.rpm
94cc54d614c056b8e027c9e98935d214  asr9k-k9sec-x64-2.2.0.0-r752.x86_64.rpm

this rpm is part of ASR9K-x64-iosxr-px-k9-7.5.2.tar archive file. Is my checksum correct or not ?

Sorry, i did a mistake; the information i am looking for is listed in e txt file which is part of the tar archive.
