is ASR 9912/9904 support SIP-700

is ASR 9904 and ASR 9912  support SIP-700 and SPA,please advise?

Cisco ASR 9000 SIP-700 line cards can be deployed in any Cisco ASR 9000 Series platform starting with Cisco IOS XR Software Release 3.9.0.

Besides, look at the part number.  It starts with "A9K".

All 3 (9922, 9912, and 9904) started support with Typhoon based LCs and no Trident support.

The exception to the rule is the SIP-700 which will work in the 9904, but not in the 9912 or 9922.

The reason why the 9904 is different is because it still uses the RSP440 just like the 9010 and 9006, but the 9922/9912 use an RP with separate fabric modules; so a very different architecture.

If an unsupported card was to be inserted you will get the error message "Cardtype xxxx is not supported for this chassis-type”.
