If you are asking about the "control-plane management-plane" config, there's no need to configure anything because the file transfer is initiated from the router. You need this config only for the incoming connections. Even in that case, you don't need configure anything for MgmtEth because by default this is where incoming connections are allowed.
If you're using FTP, you may want to configure the username/password for FTP connection, but you can also pass them at runtime. In some scenarios, depending on the routing and interface configuration, you may want to explicitly configure the source interface for the connection.
