MC Lag betweeen ASR 9k

Hi,
I am trying to configure this scenario between two ASR 9k but, I cannot get the standby link to work, the status of the LACP link is always "Link Defaulted; LACPDUs are not being received from the partner"

The scenario is the following: Leaf and spine topology with 2 NCS 5508 routers acting as a spine and 2 ASR9906 acting as leaves. The configuration is the following:

Active PoA:

redundancy
 iccp
  group 100
   mlacp node 0
   mlacp system mac 1.1.1
   mlacp system priority 1
  member
    neighbor 172.16.0.49
   !
   backbone
    interface HundredGigE0/0/0/1
    interface HundredGigE0/0/0/2

Standby PoA:

redundancy
 iccp
  group 100
   mlacp node 1
   mlacp system mac 1.1.1
   mlacp system priority 1
  member
    neighbor 172.16.0.48
   !
   backbone
    interface HundredGigE0/0/0/1
    interface HundredGigE0/0/0/2

This works, the output of the "show iccp group 100" shows me the domain is up and running.

Then the two Bundles:

interface Bundle-Ether100
 mtu 9212
 lacp switchover suppress-flaps 300
 mlacp iccp-group 100
 mlacp switchover type revertive
 mlacp switchover recovery-delay 120 sec
mlacp port-priority 1 <<<<<<<<<<<This is changed to 2 on the standby router.
 mac-address 2.2.2
 bundle wait-while 100

Finally the two attachment circuits, same configuration on both routers:

interface TenGigE0/1/0/7
 description *** MC LAG ***
 bundle id 100 mode active

On the standby router though, I get this message:

BM-DISTRIB[1288]: %L2-BM-6-MEMBER_COMPATIBILITY : Interface TenGigE0/1/0/7 in Bundle-Ether100 is incompatible with the bundle operational state; link is not using LACP but bundle is running mLACP
BM-DISTRIB[1288]: %L2-BM-6-MEMBER_COMPATIBILITY : Interface TenGigE0/1/0/7 in Bundle-Ether100 is no longer incompatible with the bundle operational state (link is being removed from the bundle)

I cannot figure out the first of the two messages "Link is not using LACP" when I set the configuration to active.

This is the output of "show bundle Bundle-Ether 100" on the active router:
