Hi, i am implementing PTP between CISCO ASR9000 and Nokia SR7; it is a 1 GBPS optical cable conection; the issue is that my Cisco ASR9000 gets BMCA from NOKIA but does not reach the PHASE_LOCKED desired state and falls back to Adquiring an so on.
The message i receive as de output of the command "show ptp trace stats" is 0/RSP1/CPU0 7585# t14 [BMC] PTP servo lost sync with grandmaster 0xb0aefffe059340
I have tryied many things (choose other Optical interface, other grandmaster, change de transmision route to grandmaster) but no answer. What shall i do? help please
