Hi
Using Cisco Power calculator, I found out I can use only 3x6000W AC PS. This means only one PEMv3 is required for Making the device work.
I decided to use2xPEMv3 plus 6x6000W PS. Is this approach OK?
Thank you

Hi Peyman,
there are two parts, the power shelf and the power module.
there is no restriction on how many power shelves are required. the system only needs to know the total amount of power available.
it is based on your design/redundancy needs. if X number of power supplies fail or if an entire shelf were to fail for whatever reason. you will need to ensure that the system has enough power to keep running
Thanks

Hi
The question is is there any issue if I install only two PEM on ASR 9912?

Hi
So basically, if I leave a PEM Slot free, there will be no issue as far as required power and redundancy for it was met with installed PEM and PS...
Thank you
