SNMP commands for Cisco ASR 9000

I can reverse telnet and SSH to a Cisco ASR 9000 (XR 5.3.4) but after entering my password and pressing enter, I am unable to enter any more commands therefore we have lost management capability to our device.  I did find a command to show the active TCP connections on/to the router and it shows LDP and BGP but not 22, so we haven't exceeded the login limit.

What SNMP commands (snmpwalk, snmpbulkget) can I use to determine why I cannot log in?

Can you console or use the aux port to get in?

On the aux port, if console isn't working, when it says not ready for login type [esc] + [k] + [s] + [h] + [enter] and then login with a local user account, you will need TAC to give you the right commands to see whats going in KSH.

If you do manage to get in we need to check show process blocked and show log.

Thanks,

Sam

Thanks Sam for the information.  We resorted to rebooting the router to regain access as we were not able to wait for a response from Cisco TAC.
