Hi there
Referring to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/virtual-routers/configuration/guide/b-xrv9k-cg.html
Restrictions and Guidelines for Smart Licensing state that Smart Licensing and/or Smart Licensing Using Policy is not supported on the following Cisco XRv9000 appliances:
UCS C220 M4S
UCS C220 M5SX
UCS C220 M7
I would like to confirm the activation process for S-XRV-ROUTE-T4 on XRV-M7-APLN-25G running R-XRV9000-2442-RR software.
According to Cisco Build & Price, the S-XRV-ROUTE-T4 license requires a Smart Account.
However, the restriction on Smart Licensing for UCS C220 M7 seems to conflict with this requirement.
How should this license be activated in this scenario?

Hi @rainow ,
Yes, as far as I know, S-A9K-400G-ENABLE is not enforced and there should be a license on the CSSM.
Might need to run 7.9.1 to get this correctly consumed.
Please, let me know if this answer helps you.
Have a nice day
Kind Regards,
Antoine
