Upgrade/Downgrade ASR9K IOS-XR 4.3.1 to 5.1.3 and vice versa

Greetings!

Is there a document available for upgrading ASR9K IOS-XR from 4.3.1 to 5.1.3 as well as downgrading 5.1.3 to 4.3.1?

First do an upgrade to 4.3.4 and then to 5.1.3 ...

 

It is safe way.
