Dear experts
Up trying to upgrade a NCS5500 box from 7.10.2 to 7.11.2 but the upgrade is failing due to "incompatible modules"!

I had to add all modules in one line. Not one at time as the doc says

Hi,
Perhaps I will say a mistake but you cannot deactivate the 7.10.2 package mpls-te-rsvp before and make your add then prepare with mpls-te-rsvp after this ?

Hello @dgawaya1 ,
Hope you are doing well.
Maybe refer to the following doc on CCO, this could provide some helps and describe the different steps.
In section 3 of this doc, it's stated: All System Upgrade related install operations should be done in the XR VM plane. The optional
packages (mpls, mcast, mgbl etc.) that are being installed/upgraded must match the active packages, else the install will fail.
One possibility, different from the add/prepare/activate/commit process is to build a GISO image and go for the "install replace" process.
Hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
