The NSO provider is a wrapper for Netconf protocol. The NSOServiceProvider was developed at Cisco in 2018 by Abhi Ramesh Keshav for internal team. I also had some exposure to that development. Unfortunately the code was not included into YDK open source code and it currently is not available for external users. If you are Cisco employee (not visible in your profile), then you can get the code from Cisco internal GitHub. Otherwise you would need develop it yourself.
