I have 3 servers with fresh Vsphere 4i installs on them and for some reason all of them have the same VEM UUID. These hosts are not clones, each have been installed directly from CD. Everything else with the cluster works great but I can only get one VEM to register becuase all the UUID's are the same. If i manually assign a different UUID to the module then all of the modules register but this is pointless becuase as soon as the host is rebooted or vem is restarted it pulls comes up with the same duplicate UUID. Any ideas?

Can you answer/provide the following:
1. How are you installing the VEM software - VUM or manual?
2. Which version of 1000v are you using.
3. Which build of vSphere4i are you using.
4. From each host cli (log in with unsupported) and get the output of
vemcmd show card
Thanks,
Robert

Which vendor servers are these 3 machines.
