CUCM的license注册问题

我在导入License时因为没有Enterprise License Manager提供的许可证请求的内容，所以取消license导入，后来再次导入时，识别PAK后提示：PAK/s or Token/s is/are currently assigned to a Smart Account which is unassigned to you。我又到Cisco账号（企业级Cisco账号）下的智能账户下去导入，提示：Wrong Input : Smart Account on PAKs are not similar:。然后我换了个人Cisco账号去导入，在最后填完邮箱生成文件时，提示分配冲突了：Conflict in CA assignment，但是我在个人账号下看到了PAK完成的记录（企业Cisco账号和智能账号看不到记录），但是就是没有生成文件。请问如何把PAK码重新注册、生成文件啊。
