New purchasing IE3300 switch cannot boot normally

Please check the attached power up video and press express button for IE3300 switch. This switch cannot boot normally. Please help to check and support. The serial number is FCW2825Y8JB.

I use Putty connect and cannot go to privilege mode. No enable command.

I use “dir” command check file installed  in this switch.

Console into the switch and post the complete output to the command "set". 

My suspicion is someone conducted a password-recovery and did not turn off bypass of the switch config.
