Please, someone can help me reset SW c2960L-48ps-LL? I alredy tried a lot things, how press mode button like 2960X, but i got not success. I saw many contents that told me to press mode button while i start the SW and after this rename flash and delete it, but not worked.

Você tentou ingressar no Switch em modo ROMMON alterando o registro de inicialização e depois apagando a configuração inicial?

A console do equipamento responde?
