tl;dr: The docs for the Admin-API specify that for most logs "there is an intentional two minute delay in availability [...] We recommend requesting logs no more than once per minute."
And in the other thread it's suggested that the rate-limit is then essentially 1-2 requests per minute.
Not sure why Duo doesn't just publish the rate limit info, but as a Duo customer you might get a more concrete answer if you just create a ticket with them?
