ACI Sim on Proxmox

Has anyone got ACI Sim working on Proxmox ?

I have unzipped the 5.2.4d OVA and then imported the OVF but when I try to start the VM it just hangs at:

 

Booting Insieme Fabric Controller 5.2.4d on / rfs1 in 0 seconds ...

 

I have assigned 64GB and 12 vCPU but could assign more.
