Roxana Stegaru has been a Customer Support Engineer in Data Center Switching team in Brussels since September 2015. She assists customers to restore network down situations in a timely manner working preponderantly with Nexus platforms and Data centre technologies: vPC, Fabricpath, OTV. Also, she has participated in several internal mentoring programs within Cisco. Roxana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, telecommunication and IT from the Military Academy in Romania. She holds a CCIE Certification in Data Center ver 2 (#58144).
Michalis Stylianou has been a Customer Support Engineer for the TAC Data Center Switching team in Belgium since February 2016. He has experience in switching and vast knowledge about almost the whole Nexus portfolio. He specializes on vPC, OTV, FabricPath, VxLAN and NDB solutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Communications Networks and Software and a CCIE in R&S and one in SP (#42673)
