Jabber SDK and Share Screen

Hello,

i want to share screen with jabber web sdk. But, i can't do it.

i call following lines, when clicked button ;

    var conversation = telephonyConversations[selectedConversationID];

    conversation.startScreenShare();

and seems this codes are running however, i give and error message, that is

1. error:"eCapabilityMissing"
2. messageId:"12a54c23-4063-43b2-89e3-c861fb2b3b86"
3. name:"requestDesktopShare"

i get this error message from all of browser (chrome, ie, firefox) and i have installed Jabber SDK Browser addon package.

do you have any idea ? i can make video call from jabber web sdk. however, i can't start screen sharing.

so i need a help about this case

Can you confirm you are running the latest version of the Jabber web communicator plugin (currently 11.8.1?)

Does the other party in the call support screen sharing?  If you are calling from one Jabber SDK instance to another (i.e. on separate PCs) and voice and video are otherwise working, I would expect screen sharing to work.

If not, we may need to look into the Jabber plugin logs to see what is preventing the screen share capability from being available - please open a Devnet Developer Support ticket: https://developer.cisco.com/site/devnet/support/
