Jabber Voice Web SDK on Mac OS

Jabber Voice calls work on windows but issue with Mac OS

For windows installation i tried this

i have installed  Cisco Jabber SDK browser add-on 11.0.1.102

i have installed  Google Chrome Extension  -- version 3.1.0.363 

chrome version - 56 (64bit)

i have customised the code and hosted. link follows http://staging2.talentgurus.net/jabber/

when i enter my windows username , password and click  login the loader disapears. And a call can be made by entering the number in the text field.

It also works on firefox and chorme

This functionality is working on windows

For Mac installation

i have installed  Cisco Web Communicator Add-On.pkg

i have installed  Google Chrome Extension  -- version 3.1.0.363 

chrome version - 56 (64bit)

and tried to do the same on chrome but i get an error in the console saying plugin not available

on firefox i get different error : "unknown msg from plugin"

Dosent work on chrome , firefox or safari

So i request you to suggest me possible solution.

You mentioned Jabber plugin version 11.0.1.102 - can you please try with the latest version (currently 11.8.1) as recent browser changes have required corresponding modifications to the Jabber plugin...

Hmm, sorry to hear that, I can't think of any other basic checks - next step I would recommend opening a DevNet Developer Support ticket so they can get some trace logs and otherwise troubleshoot in detail with you: Cisco DevNet: DevNet Developer Support
