I have an agent who uses a JabberSDK to control his deskphone. He has has this issue:
He is able to log in, authenticate and select his device. The authentication process is quick, but JabberSDK takes about 50s to show the available devices.
In the JabberSDK logs, I found 10 events "telephonydeviceschange". The first 3 events arrive quickly (<1s) but the 4th arrives with a delay of 51s.
The rest of the login process is quick.I cannot reproduce the problem in my development environment.
Has anybody an idea what the problem could be? Thanks a lot.
