I'm having trouble installing the TSP for my CUCM 7.0.1. I downloaded the TSP installer from the CUCM admin page and ran it. However, the TSP doesn't appear anywhere. It doesn't show up in my Phone and Modem setting and I can't add it. I tried this on both a Windows 7 box and a Windows Server 2008 box, both 64-bit. Any ideas as to what's going on here?

Hi Ben
It is mentioned in the section Cisco Unified TAPI Installation that Windows 7 (64-bit) and Windows 2008 server R2 require native 64-bit Cisco TSP client. For more information on availability, see http://developer.cisco.com/web/tapi/blogroll. So i think this could be the issue.
Hope you are refering to Cisco Unified TAPI Installation for CUCM 7.x.
Refer - Cisco TSP client with Windows 2008 R2 64-bit
