CSCwh37783 C9800 17.9.4a Lobby Admin Login "An error occurred" nginx

Kindly see screenshot below, after login of the lobbyadmin account it show "An error occurred"

This may be a Bug on C9800 17.9.4a?

I upgraded our 9800 to 17.9.4a over the weekend and am also getting this message for our lobby admin account.   I've tried deleting and re-adding the account, no difference.

they already release a fixed version 17.12.2, haven't tested it yet.

hello, i was able to resolve it, after checking the log in wlc:

*Nov 11 18:54:03.148: %SSH-5-SSH_COMPLIANCE_VIOLATION_HOSTK_ALGO: SSH Host-key Algorithm compliance violation detected.Kindly note that weaker Host-key Algorithm 'ssh-rsa' will be disabled by-default in the upcoming releases.Please configure more stronger Host-Key algorithms to avoid service impact.
