CSCwk93913 - TMS Implementation for CISCO Room Kit EQX Endpoint

I keep getting wrong provisioning mode whenever I try to add the EQX endpoint to TMS v15.13.7

all provisioning details on the device appear to be correct but still no candy.

Can anyone else assist as to why this is the case? Before anyone chimes in saying its end of life/support, I need this to be in TMS as our phonebook feature is connected to our devices this way..

VQ DMA support phonebooks and all the latest Cisco models. Reach me out if you are available to have a chat. Our products are sold through Cisco so it is normally a smooth transition from procurement and solution perspective.

All sorted, logged into EQX and provisioned device to TMS first, then added device to TMS and it seemed to have resolved the phonebook issue.
