The Community team has successfully completed the latest platform update (you may have already seen some of the changes).  

Community Platform Updates  

New Features & Enhancements 

• Community Ranks: Hall of Fame and VIP ranks have been simplified  
• Ask the Experts: Launched Ask the Experts webinars in Portuguese and Korean communities  
• Collaboration Hardware: Launched new private forum for Collaboration Hardware as a Service subscription customers  
• Success Tracks: Simplified the UI for Success Track forums, enabling faster deployment of new use case forums  
• CX Cloud Idea Exchange: On-Demand Data Export, simplifying processing for product managers  
• Community Health: As part of overall community clean-up, removed the ‘Recognize Your Peers’ spotlight award nomination component community-wide  
• Community Awards: Updated Spotlight Award Date Field to reflect quarterly award distribution cadence  
• Cisco User Groups: Updated Cisco User Groups title and button  
• Collaboration Track: Updated the Collaboration Track Header Image to provide descriptive images and text for community users  
• Social Media: Updated Twitter icon to X community-wide
