Hello. Please i am seeing different csco ids as i am networking academy student my netacad id is different from the pearson vue csco id when ever i am loging into cisco certification traking system i am seeing my csco id and my cisco certification traking system csco id is different due to duplicate profiles please i request to merge my account i had face problem with my discount voucher for exam ccna 200-301 due to duplicate profiles and problem i am still facing in person vue while applying my discount promo codo please guide me thanks

Go to certsupport.cisco.com and open a case. Select an Exam Vouchers. and kindly ask them to remove the new one.

Bundles of thanks Mr. Saqlain.. i have posted wrong information i mean to say that i have two different csco ids the one which is my netacad csco id that is not same in the cisco certification traking system pearson vue site and this information i got from pearson vue help line that i have duplicate csco ids but its not duplicate its different.....its very hurting and sad for me that my discount voucher expired even from 2 months i was struggling to have resolve my issue..butq due to this problem i wasted my time and and also my 58% off discount promo code voucher also expired thats is not my mistake!!!
