Hi All,
I have installed a new catalyst center and have discovered all my switches.
CC is showing me a total of 837 clients. Of which only 9% is unhealthy. 88% is not onboarded according to CC. This because of failure of IP assignment.
However, all my devices in the network have fixed ip's, so they are in fact onboarded correctly. Is there a way to disable this DHCP check of DNAC?
Thank you,
Kr,
Joris

Can you open a TAC case to investigate?

You can user Assurance > Issue setting then filter by "DHCP" and disable some similar issues, like in the picture.
I don't know if this will change the Dashboards insights, but you can try. Otherwise, you can use the option "make a wish" to ask to dnac teams about a resolution for this problem.
