I recently set up the Cisco Catalyst Center and ServiceNow ITSM connection. It's working fine creating change tickets and incidents in SerciceNow, the only issue I'm facing is that I go out to the change ticket in ServiceNow and approve it on the Cisco Catalyst tab but the update never happens. I keep getting ITSM ticket expired. I'm not sure where it's failing and there's not much information out there on troubleshooting this specific issue other than the user guides.
Side note, I'm the ServiceNow administrator, I don't deal with the Cisco products normally outside of this integration.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
