Cisco DNA center change IP address at console

Cisco DNA second generati previos configuration don't valid so trying change IP address at console.
After boot i press skip and retrive concole error
STATIC IP was configured which cannot be removed,
static ip cannot be removed Netplan

how then change configuration or reset previos ?

what IP address you looking to change, if you have access to SSH you can do maglev-config update.

i want change ip address Enterprise and Infrastacture ports,
currently don't have ssh access is return Connection refused. 
But have access through web installer port 9004 ( manegment ip) and when i try change ip address broken access to web installer

Have you successfully installed the Catalyst Center? Because you shouldn't be using the 9004 port as that points to the web-installer which tries to install the software.

If you have successfully installed the appliance, then you have to access it via port 2222 for SSH. Or, you can use the Cisco IMC KVM to access the console.

Which ever port you have defined as the inter-cluster link cannot be changed. It is a hard set vale and can only be changed with a reimage of the appliance.
