Cisco DNA login issue

CiscHello, 

We have a new issue after retrying the upgrade of the DNA center. We can access the web page but not able to login via admin account:

We can only ssh via maglev.

Steps we performed,

1. Tried to reset the admin account via maglev. It update the password successfully but still can t login. Even local user account were not able to login.

Last login: Mon May 17 11:01:46 2021 from 172.16.66.6

1. Reboot the appliance (warm boot) still same problem.

Sorry forgot to mention that even with any local account it s not working.

what is the DNAC version, before the upgrade it was working? and after the upgrade, it is broken?

Questions:

• What version of the Cisco DNA Center?
• Do you have "External Authentication" configured for User Access to the UI?

Please gather the following:

$ magctl user display admin
$ magctl user display -t TNT0 admin
$ magctl rbac external_auth_fallback display

If "false", enable fallback and try logging in with local admin user...

$ magctl rbac external_auth_fallback display

}

$ magctl rbac external_auth_fallback enable

Hi , i also encounter this issue regardless of the user trying to log in.

First time i encountered this, i was able to solve it by clearing cookies, cache, and Offline Website Data.

After that, i was able again to log in.

However, a few days later, i got the same  issue again, and this time, the trick didn't work!

After some trying, i got it working again by opening the page in a Work Container Tab (Firefox)
