DNA Center application health Business relevant

Hi

When I look in DNA Center Assurance - Dashboards - Health - Applications I see all sorts of stats on applications in my network and they are categorized as Business Relevant, Irrelevant or default. 

Where is this classification made and how do I change an application from relevant to irrelevant or vice versa?

Provision->Service Catalog->Application visibility. You can see how applications are classified by default and move applications between application sets.

Maybe it's changed but I don't see any way to re-clasify there.  I see all the applications listed but nowhere to actually change their classification.  I'm sure I saw a drag and drop area previously on an older DNAC version but can't see it now.
