Hi,
I can't access to the interface of my Cisco DNAC; I get a "connection refused" error.
When I access it via Maglev through its CIMC interface and run the command "magctl appstack status | egrep 0/"
, I get the error:
"The connection to the server 127.0.0.1:9443 was refused - did you specify the right port?"
I already tried running the command:"maglev context add -u admin -r main maglev-1 https://kong-frontend.maglev-system.svc.cluster.local:443"
,
but I still get the error"The connection to the server 127.0.0.1:9443 was refused - did you specify the right port?" when I re-enter the command: "magctl appstack status
."
Additionally, when I scan the ports from the IP address of my DNAC, I don't see any open ports.
I have no storage issues, and my Docker containers are running correctly. Any ideas?

Hi,
It isn't a port issue, and maglev commands wouldn't work in this state. The kubernetes control plane is down which is why you are seeing the error message you are seeing.
Do you know what version of Catalyst Center you are running? Also, please open a TAC case as this will require troubleshooting over the vKVM in the Cisco IMC.
