Exclude AP's from certain DNA Center alerts

Hello! I have some AP's that spam my DNA Center alert inbox and was wondering if there's a way to selectively disable certain alerts. For example I get a lot of coverage hole alerts from AP's that are at the perimeter of a location like an exit door. I also have AP's that are in mobile MRI trailers that are always alerting when they go offline which is a daily occurrence. There a way I can tell DNA to not alert me when these things happen on certain AP's? Thanks!

I don't believe there is a way to exclude them from alerts, but you can change the priority of the issue. You can do this by going to Assurance > Issue settings, opening the specific issue that is triggered and changing the priority to something that isn't alerted.

For the MRI trailer devices you can create a custom assurance profile for the site where you can alter the issue settings.

Thanks! I created a custom profile then applied it to the site where the MRI Trailer AP's are located so we'll see if that works when they relocate the trailer tonight.
