Unable to ignore any P1 and P2 critical issues on DNAC

We are unable to ignore any P1 and P2 critical issues on DNAC, this was working in the past.

Attempting this produces an error message 'Error: Request failure while updating issues'

Current version of DNAC we are running on is 2.3.5.6-70143

We have checked the 360 page and can confirm all services are running, also it lets you resolve the issue but not ignore the issue and this is affecting all users.

Any suggestions ?

This is a software issue, it should "just work". I would either upgrade or raise a TAC case for this.
