WLC No health on DNAC

Hello,

We have C9800 WLC with version 17.3 and DNA center with version 3.3.3.7

I tried to add the WLC on DNAC but in the inventory I can't see any health score for the WLC "No health" also I tried to provision the WLC but the provision failed

WLC deployed in Fabric and non-Fabric :

how did you discovered the WLC ?  - does any firewall between DNAC and WLC controller - there are certain ports required to open for that to work :

how did you discovered the WLC ?
The WLC discovered via CLI credentials and NETCONF and its status now is managed with no health

does any firewall between DNAC and WLC controller?
there isn't any FW between the DNAC and WLC.

Just i have a question, Is it mandatory to provision SSID from the DNAC to start see assurance data for it ?

That should as per your information hence not working need to troubleshoot - check the other post suggested some troubleshooting tips.

also consider t to upgrade WLC 17.9.3 (there are many bugs resolved).
