My employer used to use webex, in internal meetings (someone within the organization sets up a webex meeting) my name shows up correctly, however when someone outside of the organization schedules a meeting it seems webex uses a different account for me and my name shows up as something ridiculous. I've tried to log in to change it and it says I don't have an account. How do I change my name so when I log into a webex with an external client I'm not Queen Babalou???
