unable to login to CCO from CLI_A when using Zcaler (in the cloud)

I am an happy user of CLI Analyzer for years but now I've got an issue: I cannot log into CCO since the company I work for implemented a Zscaler in the the cloud solution. When trying to access Cisco cloud based services, I've got the error message "Login Failed Error code SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN (which may not be correct by the way). Is there a way to circumvent this issue?

Hi adujeu,

Hmm. This is an issue that is hard to reproduce in order to troubleshoot. I see that Zscaler has a brief article covering this topic: https://help.zscaler.com/zia/adding-custom-certificate-application-specific-trusted-store.

CLI Analyzer is built using Node.js, which seems to have its own certificate store. If you have your organization's custom root CA certificate, you can try using the NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS env variable trick listed on the page.

Thanks,

Scott

I tried, but it does not work. Any idea how to escalate this to Cisco? Thanks
