DNA Center cannot push AVC to Router. Error - Could not Parse [ ]

We have 8300 routers which were provisioned in DNAC. We'd like to push Telemetry to them but can't get it to work. When I hover over the Information Icon to get information about why its Not Provisioned it says Could not parse [ ]

I have a TAC call open, but that's not making too much progress.

Any thoughts?

It's very likely that TAC will end up filing a new bug.  If some of your 8300's are working then maybe there's some hope of a workaround while you wait for the bug fix.  TAC is a better resource to help you than these best-effort forums.  My advice is to ask TAC for an update every 2-3 days so they know that this is still top of mind for you.
