I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out regarding our plan to onboard our Meraki environment in Cisco DNA Center (DNAC). We are excited about the potential benefits of integrating our Meraki devices with DNAC, but we have a question regarding the licensing requirements.
Specifically, we would like to know if additional licenses are needed for this integration. We understand that DNAC requires its own license to operate, but we are unsure if there are any additional licenses required for the Meraki devices themselves.
Could you please provide us with information regarding the licensing requirements for integrating our Meraki environment with DNAC? We would like to ensure that we have a clear understanding of the licensing obligations before proceeding with the onboarding process.
Thank you in advance for your assistance. We appreciate your expertise and guidance in this matter.

No there aren't any specific license needed for DNA-C (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/cloud-systems-management/dna-center/nb-06-dna-center-data-sheet-cte-en.html#Merakiintegration)
The only problem I have found and that it keeps hitting DNA-C and Meraki integration from the very first relases until current 2.3.5.x, is that if your Meraki MX's are connected to ISP routers, and their local IP addresses are overlapped (192.168.x.y), DNA-C will return an error due to dupplicated IP address and they won't be integrated, and integration will stop, so the only MX's that would be there would be those previous to the dupplicated IP address issue.
I've been talking about this to developers, BU engineers and AM for the last 4 years and they have not implemented the support for this common scenario yet, not I have any feedback that they are working on this.
