Can not download CML free tier

Yesterday, I found David Bombal's video featuring the free CML tier. I have included a link to this video. Since I have two different Cisco Learning Network accounts, I followed the instructions on getting the free CML tier from the video. Neither account would allow me to download the free CML tier when I tried the account under the email address mott.annually190 @ simplelogin.com, I got an error message that was why the download failed: Cisco doesn't like allies' email addresses. So, I tried the other account using the email address shadowbanegamesmagazine@protonmail.com. This email failed because It isn't a company email address. Today, I tried to create a new account using user@shadowbanenetworkingsolutions.com, and I can no longer log in to that account. I don't work for any company that uses Cisco products or is affiliated with them. I don't have a Cisco Support contact, so I can not contact Cisco customer support th...

Does anyone know an email address and telephone number for someone who could help with this situation? I want to be able to download the free tier of CML.

Hello shadowbanegamesmagazine, hope you are doing well. i found a link that directs you to the download page. i tried with my personal account and i was able to download it but before, it gave me a message saying that i needed to provide a site address on my personal account and after i updated this, it gave me the permission to download the free trial. hope this is helpful.

I finally figured out what the problem was. All I needed to do was complete the profile for one of my accounts. By some magic, I was finally able to complete the profile for one of my accounts completely. Thanks, @bigevilbeard and @Julio Padilla, for your suggestions.

Hi @shadowbanegamesmagazine , I guess Cisco is not able to identify the domain names, could you please try to create an account with any common email domains like gmail or yahoo? The other important thing is that the company address should be valid and contain a postal code, if you do not work for a company you can give your home address

I finally downloaded and installed Cisco Machine Learning inside a virtual machine. I use VMware Workstation Pro 17.6.2 as my hypervisor. Everything is working now. I am trying to learn how to use CML2. I created my first lab but need help understanding how to connect the internet to my self-created Cisco labs.
