Unable to update my address to download Cisco Modeling Labs 2.8.0

I can't update my address because I can't reach the proper web page. The page doesn't seem to exist or for some other reason.

I cleared my browser cookies, cache, and anything else that was gumming up the browser and I was able to download everything I needed. Thanks, Steve
