Upgrading Cisco modelling labs to 40 nodes help

Hello

I need to upgrade my Cisco modeling labs to 40 nodes and i need a detailed step by step guide to do it 

If there is some help available i will appreciate it

Also i have saved more than 20 labs saved .

There questions like "Will all of my saved data and labs also get deleted if i move to a new 40 node upgrade"?

I am using the latest version of CML
