Critical Software Exception Error on CISCO C9200L

Hi Cisco Team,

 

I am Automation Engineer working at WuXi Biologics Ireland.

 

We are facing below error on our CISCO Stack.

 

Stack Switch restart on its own.

 

Can you suggest or direct us to the right channel for support?

Upgrade to latest code 17.9.4a or 17.9.5 and test it.

Actually switch stack restarted and back online.

But we are not sure if it will happen again.

I can guarantee it will happen again.

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

 

dir crashinfo:
dir flash:
sh log on switch act uptime detail

Check the logs for any entries (a lot of entries) about Call Home or Smart License.

Were the commands entered correctly?

Yes. dir crashinfo command doesn't work.

Check every member of the switch: 

dir crashinfo-2:tracelogs/*.txt
dir crashinfo-3:tracelogs/*.txt
dir crashinfo-4:tracelogs/*.txt
