Can we upgrade Nexus9000 directly from software version 7.0(3)I7(9)to 9.3(9) ?

BIOS: version 05.38
NXOS: version 7.0(3)I7(9)
BIOS compile time: 06/12/2019
NXOS image file is: bootflash:///nxos.7.0.3.I7.9.bin
cisco Nexus9000 C93180YC-FX Chassis
