Hello all,
i have face some issue with Cisco 8500L, when executing 'show users' command, the output results will be more than 10 minutes or sometimes the router need to be reload and operating again.
We face this situation on staging step, and don't want this kind of issue happen when this router come to production environment
Here it's the IOS XE version we use on our router
Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 17.06.05
Cisco IOS Software [Bengaluru], c8000aes Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 17.6.5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
is this happen because of the line vty session still on going ? or maybe there are several config i need to do, to resolve this ?
cheers
thank you

Hi
If you can open a TAC, do it. This seems to be a bug. There are many bugs on the platfom related to show commamd. Ie:CSCvd01488
I did not find a bug for show users but it can be a new one and you were Lucky to hit it first
