Cisco any connect failing with azure SSO

We have issues with users logging in with cisco any connect. We have SAML enabled and everything was working fine till the other day. 4.10.0.5111 was the version most users had. They received a pop up page in edge which should authenticate with azure but instead they received the image shown below. We have tried the version up from this 4.10.06090 and users still have the same issue. Our current work around is for them to perform an uninstall and re-install of the application. There is nothing we have changed on azure or on the cisco ASA. Bit stumped and confused..
