Ring out on extension 1888 but shows up as 8100 on the customers phone

Hi All,

I wonder can you help me, when I ring out on the reception phone extension 1888, it shows up as 8100.  Then the customer rings back, but gets another phone and not the reception phoneline.  I do not see 8100 linked what so ever to 1888 so I don't know why this is happening.  Can you help, I want it showing 1888 number when I call out.  That is just the last 4 numbers or the phone number.

Any help, would be grateful.
