AP not online in app but online in web portal

Hello all,

We have a few GR10 devices and all but one is working fine in the mobile app.
ALL are fine on the web portal.

The one device shows offline in the app, but entering it by tapping on it generates the following error:
ERROR
For the specified time resolution (600 seconds), the beginning of the timescale must not be less than 1209600 seconds ago
When clearing that error, I can see devices connected to the AP and run a connection test which shows connectivity to the Meraki network.

I'm reluctant to delete the device in case it stops it working at the site.
I would welcome any advice.
