Hi All,
I am not aware if there is any place where we can check the status of the XSI Actions and events.
Posting here to clear out if there was a downtime for XSI events on 04/04 due to any reason because we seem to have incurred a data loss with our broadsoft calls integration.
Any response will be appreciated

To check the status of XSI Actions and events, especially in relation to BroadSoft (now part of Cisco Webex), you have a few options:
If you haven't found any documented downtime or issues and continue to experience problems, contacting Cisco TAC with detailed logs and descriptions of the issue is advisable. They should be able to provide a more definitive answer or investigate further.
